Opening the doors of Canard & Champagne is first and foremost entering a place steeped in history: indeed, the former chocolate shop of François Marquis, once a supplier to kings, is located in the Passage des Panoramas, one of the oldest covered passages in Paris (1799). Here, free-range duck, artisanal champagne, and reimagined pastries meet in an exceptional setting. Chic at first glance, then intimate as the meal progresses.
